Preferred Experience:
- Curtainside Trailers
- Construction Industry Haulage/Delivering Building Supplies
- Ratchet Straps
** You must hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (C) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) **
Role involves:
- Delivering Building/Construction Supplies
- Expect muddy, dusty sites
- Up to 4 Nights Out, but typically 2-3
- Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your DC team
- Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
- Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
In return you will get:
- Estimated Annual Gross Earnings:
- Monday to Friday Tramper (2 – 4 Nights Out): c. £43,500 + Bonuses (see below)
- The above Includes:
- Enhanced Rates after 10 hours
- £26.20 per Night Out (Tax Free)
- up to £10 per Day Meal Allowance
- Also earn an additional:
- £5 per shift worked Retention Bonus (max. c. £1,200)
- SAFED Fuel Bonus (max. c. £1,000)
- Get paid 13 times a year (4 weekly).
