A Planned System Of Drive using Information, Position, Speed, Gear & Acceleration, helps to play a part in producing a safe and courteous driver. The module introduces drivers to a “Planned System Of Drive”. Through a continuous process of all round observation, identifying hazards – fixed, moving, temporary and permanent, it sets out the basic features of the system.
The course includes:

- Vehicle technology & safety devices
- Roadside prohibitions and fixed penalty notices
This course can be combined with any of our other 3½ hour courses to complete the required 7 hours of Driver CPC training.
By the end of the session, drivers will be more aware to the factors that contribute to collisions both on and off road, highlighting the central role of human behaviour and will introduces the concept of Defensive and Courteous Driving.
